1. Service Agreement

When you book with V-Express Packers and Movers, you enter into a service agreement that includes the scope of work, pickup and delivery addresses, the agreed charges, and any special requests. This agreement is considered binding once confirmed via call, email, or booking form submission.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed in advance and are subject to availability.

• A partial advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.

• The remaining amount is payable upon successful delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept payment through cash, UPI, bank transfers, or other approved digital methods.

• Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled service may incur charges.

3. Scope of Service

Our standard services include packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking (if opted). Additional services such as disassembly, storage, or handling of special items must be mentioned during the booking and may attract additional charges.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• You must ensure all items are ready for transport at the scheduled time.

• Inform us in advance of any high-value, fragile, hazardous, or restricted items.

• It is your responsibility to be present during pickup and delivery, or to assign an authorized representative.

• Ensure proper parking access at both locations to avoid delays or additional charges.

5. Liability and Claims

• While we take utmost care in handling your belongings, minor scratches or wear may occur during the move.

• Any claims for loss or damage must be reported immediately upon delivery.

• Our liability is limited to the value declared by the customer during booking.

• We encourage customers to opt for transit insurance for high-value items.

6. Insurance

We offer optional transit insurance through our partners. Insurance must be requested and paid for before the move begins. In case of damage, claims are subject to the insurer’s terms and verification process.

7. Delays and Force Majeure

We strive to deliver on time, but unforeseen factors such as traffic, weather, road closures, strikes, or accidents may cause delays. V-Express is not liable for any losses arising from such delays beyond our control.

8. Storage Services

If you opt for storage, you must provide a complete inventory of items stored. We will not be liable for goods not listed. Stored items must not include perishable, flammable, illegal, or hazardous materials. Access to stored goods is allowed during working hours upon prior notice.

9. Pricing and Taxes

All charges quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes unless specified. Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, floor carrying (if lift unavailable), extra labor, delays caused by the customer, or rescheduling.

10. Prohibited Items

Customers are strictly prohibited from packing or requesting transport of items such as explosives, firearms, chemicals, live animals, perishable goods, or any illegal substances. V-Express reserves the right to refuse such goods and report them to authorities if required.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, logos, graphics, and photos, are the property of V-Express Packers and Movers and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

12. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune.
